I built Aricase because I know what it feels like when work goes wrong and you suddenly have to fight for yourself. After being treated unfairly at work and then dismissed, I started down the solicitor route. The costs quickly began adding up into the thousands, while I was still trying to understand deadlines, evidence, ACAS, tribunal forms, and what actually mattered. So I built the tool I wish I had at the beginning. Aricase helps people turn workplace chaos into a clear employment case, with structure, guidance, and human review. It does not replace lawyers. It helps people feel less alone, less panicked, and more prepared before solicitor costs begin.
