I'm Ahmed Ben Salem, co-founder and CEO of Bloomy Earth — a B2B SaaS platform that brings carbon accounting and reforestation together in one place. The idea is simple: make it easy to measure your carbon footprint, understand where emissions come from, and turn that data into concrete impact by funding reforestation projects that plant trees and restore ecosystems. I want climate responsibility to feel clear and rewarding, not like an impenetrable reporting chore. Alongside Bloomy Earth, I run scrum-master.org, one of the most-read French-language Agile blogs, where I share resources on Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and OKR and host the Agile Master Certification (1,000+ people certified). Building several digital ventures in parallel is something I genuinely enjoy — each one teaches the others. My background is in Agile at scale. Since 2016, I've worked as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and SAFe Release Train Engineer, leading large transformations in mid-sized companies and well-known multinationals across Cloud, Web and DevOps environments. I've coached multicultural teams spanning the USA, France, India, UK, Vietnam and Morocco, and I currently coach a large SAFe train focused on internal generative-AI solutions in an industrial organization. That experience shapes how I build products: people first, pragmatic, iterative, and focused on real adoption rather than dashboards nobody opens. It's also why Bloomy Earth is designed to fit into the tools companies already use — Shopify, WooCommerce, API, Zapier, Make and n8n — so going climate-positive becomes part of how you already work. Based in the Paris region, France. Always happy to connect with people working on climate tech, carbon accounting, reforestation, Agile transformation, or anyone building things that matter.
