I'm a builder and technologist with over 15 years of experience architecting and shipping high-scale software products. I currently serve as CTO of both KeyValue —an AI first product engineering studio, I co-founded — and Netra, an AI observability platform I co-founded to solve a problem I kept running into firsthand. At KeyValue, we've partnered with 90+ startups and shipped over 130 products. Over the past few years, a significant number of those were AI agents — across travel, customer service, voice, and scheduling. And across all of them, we kept seeing the same pattern: AI doesn't fail loudly. It fails with confidence. Wrong answers, hallucinated places, fake escalations — none of it showed up in logs or test suites. Our users were finding the bugs before we were. That experience is what led us to build Netra. It's an AI agent observability platform that gives engineering teams three things they can't afford to be without in production: tracing (understand exactly what your agent did and why, in minutes — not hours), evaluation (know whether the answer was actually correct, not just whether it ran), and simulation (test real conversation scenarios before real users ever touch them). I'm a founder who builds in the problem space I've lived — and Netra is the product I wish we'd had when we were shipping our first AI agents to production.
