I am the Founder & CEO of Menurix, a developed and operational AI-powered SaaS platform for restaurants, hotels and the food-service industry. Menurix combines AI-powered menu digitalization from images and PDF files, automatic allergen detection, multilingual menus, QR menus, professional menu designs, real-time content and price updates, digital sharing and multiple export options in one integrated platform. A key part of Menurix addresses an important regulatory and operational need in the European food-service market. Menurix helps food-service operators organize, manage and clearly present allergen information to their guests while simplifying everyday menu management, translations, price changes and publishing. The core product is already developed and functional. Menurix is now entering the commercialization and international expansion stage. I am currently looking for an investor and strategic business partner to support customer acquisition, digital marketing, sales development and international expansion.
