Sabbir Hossain

Internationally recognized software engineer specializing in blockchain technology, digital health system, secure identity and Ai automation for startups.

I’m Sabbir Hossain, a software engineer, startup founder, and healthcare technology innovator focused on building secure, scalable, and patient-centered digital infrastructure. I am the Founder and CEO of Patient Bio, a health-tech startup working to make healthcare data more accessible, portable, interoperable, and patient-owned. Our vision is to enable people to securely manage their health records, verify their identity, control consent, and share the right clinical information with healthcare providers when it is needed most. My technical work sits at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, blockchain, interoperability, digital identity, data security, and decentralized systems. I have experience designing and developing healthcare platforms, SaaS products, AI-powered applications, smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, secure APIs, digital identity systems, consent frameworks, and full-stack web and mobile products. My core areas of expertise include: • Healthcare data infrastructure and patient-owned records • FHIR-based interoperability and clinical-data exchange • AI-powered healthcare applications and medical ai agents. • Blockchain architecture using Hyperledger Fabric and Hyperledger Besu • Smart contracts, Web3 applications, NFT and token infrastructure • Digital identity, consent management, audit trails, and data security • SaaS platforms, dashboards, APIs, workflow automation, and MVP development • React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Docker, and cloud infrastructure My journey has been recognized through international and national blockchain competitions. I received recognition at the International Blockchain Olympiad 2024 in the Netherlands, MasterZ Blockchain & Digital Assets 2023 in Italy, and the Bangladesh Blockchain Olympiad in 2023 and 2024. Patient Bio has also participated in startup competitions and innovation programs, including the Startup World Cup, SPARK, Hult Prize, and EO Bangladesh GSEA. These experiences strengthened my ability to turn complex technical ideas into practical products, communicate with diverse stakeholders, work across international teams, and build solutions for regulated and high-impact industries. Alongside Patient Bio, I have worked on projects involving private blockchain networks, digital investment platforms, AI medical imaging, healthcare billing systems, medicine availability platforms, feedback intelligence systems, Web3 products, and business automation tools. I approach product development with an MVP-first mindset. I focus on identifying a high-value problem, validating it with real users, building the smallest useful product, measuring adoption, and improving the system based on practical feedback. I am especially interested in solutions that can create global impact while remaining realistic to deploy in emerging markets such as Bangladesh and South Asia. My long-term goal is to help build the digital backbone of global healthcare—where every person has a verified identity, secure access to their health information, transparent control over consent, and the ability to share trusted medical data across hospitals, borders, and healthcare systems. I am interested in connecting with: • Health-tech founders, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic networks • Investors and accelerators focused on digital health, AI, and Web3 • Researchers working on interoperability, clinical AI, and patient identity • Technical and business co-founders building ambitious global products • Organizations looking for secure healthcare, AI, SaaS, or blockchain solutions • International startup programs, fellowships, grants, and strategic partnerships I believe the next generation of healthcare will be built around trusted identity, interoperable data, intelligent automation, patient consent, and secure digital infrastructure. My mission is to help build that future—one practical product, partnership, and deployment at a time.

Building Patient Bio.
