User Acquisition Strategy

We are starting with founder-led acquisition focused on Canadian mortgage brokers and lending professionals. We use direct outreach, LinkedIn networking, industry communities, and targeted conversations to identify brokers with underwriting and file-review pain points and convert early users into our waitlist and product. As the product matures, we will expand through broker referrals, partnerships with mortgage brokerages and lending organizations, educational content around underwriting and alternative lending, and SEO targeting high-intent searches. We plan to use paid acquisition selectively once we have strong retention and a clear understanding of our best-performing customer segment and acquisition economics.
