Ellery is building a new home for premium, ticketed live entertainment. We partner with exceptional creators, production companies, and studios to develop and launch original live formats that audiences genuinely want to experience. We are looking for a relationship-driven Senior Creator & Studio Success Manager to guide our partners from first conversation through format development, launch, live-event execution, and long-term growth. You will be the trusted day-to-day partner for a select portfolio of creators and studios. You will help shape compelling, ticketable live concepts; coordinate launch readiness across programming, product, marketing, production, and operations; and ensure every partner feels supported by a thoughtful, premium experience. Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with creators, talent teams, studios, and production partners. Guide partners through onboarding, format development, launch planning, and post-show growth. Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality, operationally ready live events. Identify risks early, solve problems calmly, and protect the partner and audience experience. Turn partner feedback and show learnings into improvements for Ellery’s product, programming, and operations. Help develop repeat-show opportunities and long-term flagship partnerships. What You Bring 5+ years in creator partnerships, account management, talent, media, entertainment, production, or client success. Strong commercial and creative instincts for live formats and audience experiences. Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
