FieldLine is an AI-powered phone system for us home-services contractors — hvac, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pest control, landscaping. The problem: 38% of inbound calls to these businesses go unanswered during business hours, 85% of those callers never call back, and across 1.3m+ us specialty-trade businesses that's $62b in lost revenue every year. FieldLine fixes it with three things ServiceTitan and HouseCall pro charge enterprise prices for, at flat $35–287/month tiers that 1–50-tech contractors actually pay: 1. A dedicated business number per technician and per ad channel, with calls forwarding to the cell phones crews already carry — no softphone, no app. 2. AI summaries on every call, on every tier: deepgram transcribes, claude extracts the lead (name, address, service, quoted price, outcome), so owners read a 30-second summary instead of relistening to a 12-minute call. 3. Ad-source attribution — every google ad, facebook campaign, lawn sign, and truck wrap gets its own number, and the dashboard shows which channel produced which booked job. What FieldLine has that competition doesn't: ServiceTitan locks AI behind a $398/seat platform; HouseCall Pro voice is a $25–69/seat add-on to a $280+/month base; CallRail doesn't do per-tech numbers; Openphone and Dialpad bill per seat, which punishes contractors as their crew grows. FieldLine is the only product offering flat tiers + AI summaries on the entry tier + per-tech numbers + a model built for the 1–50-tech segment. This is a pre-revenue asset sale, not an operating business. The asking price reflects what's already shipped and would be expensive to rebuild: live Stripe billing across 3 tiers with metered overage, Twilio sub-account isolation per tenant (the integration most teams underestimate), and a working AI pipeline using Deepgram Nova-2 for transcription and Claude for lead extraction and call summarization. Rebuild estimate: $35K–$55K(EU devs) / $70K–$130K(USA devs).

User Acquisition Strategy

Near-term (next 6–12 months): Paid acquisition at the vertical level. Google Ads on "HVAC call tracking," "plumbing missed calls," "answering service for contractors" — high commercial intent, low CAC at current SaaS benchmarks. Trade-publication content (HVACR Business, Plumbing & Mechanical, Roofing Contractor) — hundreds of thousands of contractor readers, low ad inventory. Founding-member program (already built into the billing) creates urgency, social proof, and a base of early advocates for case studies. Mid-term (12–24 months): Vertical-specific feature packs (pest control route optimization, roofing storm-event routing, electrical after-hours triage) each unlock a 1.5–2x ACV bump. Integration listings on ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, and FieldEdge marketplaces — positions FieldLine as the dedicated AI phone layer on top of existing FSM software. White-label / co-branded partnerships with home-services marketing agencies who are constantly asked "what phone system should we use?" Long-term (24+ months): Acquisition target for vertical SaaS roll-ups (Housecall Pro → Vista, ServiceTitan → public, JobNimbus → $330M Sumeru investment Nov 2024). Geographic expansion to UK, Canada, Australia — same trade structure, same Twilio coverage. Adjacent verticals (dental, veterinary, legal intake) — call-driven SMB economics with the same architecture.
