RupeeX

RupeeX is building an international payments platform for Pakistani businesses and service providers. Customers can receive international payments through a simple payment link or invoice and have funds settled directly into their Pakistani bank account in PKR. RupeeX is currently pre-launch and pre-revenue, with the core product and payment workflow built and the production infrastructure and partner pathway being finalized. The business is designed to use regulated payment and liquidity partners for the underlying rails while RupeeX provides the customer-facing experience, payment requests, transaction visibility and settlement workflow. We are raising $225K in pre-seed funding to launch live transactions and operate for approximately 18 months. Funds will support payment infrastructure and partner costs, product and technical development, customer acquisition, founder and essential operating compensation, customer support, and working capital/reserve. The initial focus is Pakistani businesses, agencies, consultants, exporters and other service providers that currently face friction, delays and high costs when receiving international payments. We are looking for investors and strategic partners who can help RupeeX launch, establish transaction volume and scale the platform across Pakistan.
