Second, local community marketing — founder-led outreach in Facebook groups, Instagram, Nextdoor, and in-person park visits with our mascot Jacob. Third, cross-promotion partnerships with local pet businesses and giveaways that tap into partner audiences. No paid ads. All organic, all community-driven.
