🚀 AI Engineer — Remote | €120k–€160k At Haired, we’re working on a simple idea: Hiring is broken, and AI can fix a big part of it. We’re a small team building real products that companies use to find and evaluate talent faster. Now we’re looking for an AI Engineer to join us. 🌍 The role You’ll build and ship AI features that go straight into production. This is hands-on work. No research for the sake of it. You’ll work on things like ranking candidates, extracting signals from CVs, and improving how companies make hiring decisions. You’ll have full ownership. You’ll decide how things get built. Fully remote. No layers. Fast decisions. 🛠️ What we’re looking for • Strong experience with NLP, LLMs or similar systems in real products • Solid engineering skills. Clean, production-ready code • Advanced Python • Experience working with APIs and cloud infrastructure • Comfortable moving fast and figuring things out • You build things. You ship.
