VANDALUX is looking for an experienced Commercial & Fundraising Co-Founder to join the founding team and take ownership of the commercial and capital side of the venture. The role includes commercial strategy, strategic partnerships and business development, together with leading the future fundraising process: shaping the investment proposition, identifying and approaching relevant investors, managing the investor pipeline and follow-ups, and leading investor presentations and meetings. The Founder will participate where her involvement is valuable, particularly around vision, product and strategy, but the Co-Founder should be capable of acting as VANDALUX's principal day-to-day commercial and investor-facing representative. We are looking for someone with senior commercial/startup experience, genuine exposure to fundraising and investor relations, excellent English and the ability to represent an early-stage company independently. Marketplace, e-commerce, consumer, luxury or premium-sector experience is particularly relevant. This is a genuine long-term founding role, not a fundraising consultancy or commission-based mandate. VANDALUX is currently in development and structured market validation. Further details are shared selectively with serious candidates. This is an equity-based co-founder role with no salary at the current stage. Future compensation may be introduced as the company becomes funded and/or revenue-generating. Equity will be subject to vesting, with the exact structure agreed based on experience, commitment and responsibilities.
