I am building 'Tier Labs,' an early-stage venture creating engagement infrastructure for the sports and gaming industry. We are developing proprietary middleware to solve retention and conversion friction for large-scale consumer platforms. I have validated the core problem through industry research and am now at the stage where I need a strong technical partner to own our architecture and ship our v1 product. I am looking for a co-founder who is an experienced builder with a passion for high-performance engagement layers. I bring the industry insights and go-to-market strategy, and I am looking for a partner to lead the technical roadmap.
