HorsePlan is management software for riding schools and livery yards in France. It is finished and live, with 0 paying customers and $0 revenue. We are selling the code, the .fr domain and the handover documents. It covers lesson planning with online booking, horses and their care, livery, riders and session cards, and invoicing under the French anti-fraud rules. It also keeps the breeding register stables must hold. It runs in French, English and German. A stable pays €35 a month or €350 a year, after a 14-day free trial without a card. Version 1 has been live since September and the final version came out very recently. The site is still being improved. We never did any marketing and we never tried to sell it to stables. We don't have the time anymore and we're moving on to another project. About 5,400 places teach riding in France and most French competitors charge between €20 and €89 a month, so the market is still open. It would suit anyone with some marketing skills and a bit of time, solo or as a small team. Over 110,000 lines of code and more than 4,200 automated tests. Built with the assistance of Claude Code. Every change is validated by the automated tests. Each stable's data is isolated from the others, and tests check it. The stack is Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL on Supabase, Clerk, Stripe and Vercel. Hosting costs about $45 a month in real use. Known gaps. There is no Factur-X export yet, it needs a link to an approved platform. There is no FFE approval, licences are imported by file. Rider online payments are built but switched off until Stripe Connect is set up. You get the code, the domain, the handover presentation and the handover document, which is the written setup and migration guide, plus 11 demo videos. Service accounts are not transferred.
