NorthDose — AI-powered, bilingual (EN/FR) adherence platform for GLP-1 and injectable metabolic therapies (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro) in Canada. The problem: These drugs work, but real-world adherence is broken — over half of weight-loss patients quit within the first year. Side effects they can't manage alone, dosing confusion, cost anxiety, and long gaps between short clinician visits. Every drop-off = a patient losing progress and a clinic/pharma partner losing a customer. The fix: NorthDose is the daily support layer between appointments — AI-guided side-effect management, dose-escalation reminders, injection coaching, and adherence nudges, in English and French for the Canadian market. Structured behavioural support, automated and personalized, that keeps patients on therapy. Where it's at: strategy and prototype built; clinician outreach underway with Canadian obesity-medicine physicians and pharmacists. Who I need: a technical co-founder to own the build — full-stack, fast on MVPs, ideally comfortable with health data and privacy (PIPEDA/provincial). You architect the platform, ship v1, and shape product with me. What I bring: bilingual Canadian market + GTM, clinical development groundwork, and operational execution.
