Problem solved
macOS has no "import a video" option in Wallpaper settings, and Apple's aerials only move as you lock or unlock the Mac. Mac+ animates the desktop from the menu bar: 15 scenes rendered on the GPU with Metal, 44 palettes, or your own video (Pro), at 30, 60 or 120 FPS, paused when the screen sleeps or an app covers the desktop. It also adds 52 folder-icon patterns and 12 desktop widgets.
Audience
Mac users on macOS 13 Ventura or later (macOS 27 included), Apple silicon or Intel, who want a moving desktop, custom folder icons or desktop widgets.
Pricing
Free tier: 6 scenes, 8 palettes, 6 folder icons, 2 widgets, multi-display. Pro unlocks everything for €1.99 a month with a 7-day free trial, or €9.99 once for lifetime access; both unlock the same features.
