Solving the hard problem of conversational AI: getting agents to participate effectively in group meetings. Parivox removes the mechanical burdens of human communication in real time.
🇺🇸 United States
The starting hypothesis: win developers first, then grow through the teams and customers who use what they build. Parivox lets AI agents work alongside people in live meetings. The initial audience is developers building agents who need a place for those agents to collaborate with groups of people. I would start with a small founding-developer cohort, recruited through direct outreach, LiveKit and agent-builder communities, technical demos, and practical tutorials. Hands-on onboarding would help each developer launch a useful agent and bring real users into a room. The acquisition loop to test is simple: developers build agents, invite people to use them, and introduce Parivox to new teams. We would measure activated developers, repeat meetings, invited users, and conversion to paid usage. Signups alone would not establish demand. From there, we would follow evidence into one focused commercial market. I've researched and compared several possibilities, including vertical SaaS partnerships, interactive training, and deal rooms. Developers could provide both integrations and introductions; successful pilots could become case studies, referrals, and repeatable sales. Expansion should follow recurring use and willingness to pay. This is where I'm looking for a non-technical co-founder to make an immediate contribution. I've built the platform and done substantial market research, but the acquisition strategy is a hypothesis to validate together. You would take the lead on customer discovery, positioning, partnerships, and early sales, with me supporting product, technical onboarding, and demos. Bring your own judgment. Challenge the developer wedge, help choose our first paying market, and own the work of turning a working product into a repeatable business. There is a starting point here, and real room for you to shape what comes next.
