Looking for a CO-FOUNDER

I’m a software engineer based in the Netherlands, with experience working with companies and clients across different projects, as well as independently as a freelancer. I’m now building a software development agency focused on the **US job marketplace**. The goal is simple: find software development opportunities, understand client needs, win projects, and deliver high-quality software from start to finish. I can handle the technical side from day one, including requirements analysis, technical planning, architecture, development, QA, and delivery. I will also cover the initial operating expenses and technical infrastructure. I’m looking for a **US-based, part-time co-founder** to help with the US-facing side of the business. The role is intentionally simple and does not require a full-time commitment. The main focus will be identifying potential opportunities, helping with client communication when needed, and providing a local perspective on the US market. **No financial investment is required.** I’ll manage the initial costs and technical work. What I’m looking for is someone who can contribute their time, communication skills, market knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset. You don’t need to be a software engineer. Some technical knowledge would be a plus, but it’s not mandatory. I can handle the engineering side, and we can learn from each other as we build the business. The plan is to start lean, win our first projects, prove the business model, and gradually grow into a reliable software development agency with repeat clients and a strong development team.
